Is there a membership fee?

The Relay app membership covers family sharing and alerts by app, SMS and automated call. It costs $19 a month or $199 a year for each band. Your first 3 months are free with a preorder, and nothing is charged for it today.

Is Relay a medical device or an emergency service?

No. Relay is a wellbeing product. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, it does not guarantee that an emergency will be detected, and it is not a replacement for medical care or emergency services.

What is your returns policy?

After delivery, return it within 100 days for a full refund if Relay isn't right.

Can I buy Relay as a gift?
